Refund Policy
Plain-English summary. Try Qovaryx. After the 30-day free trial, if your first paid month isn’t a fit, email us within 14 days of that first charge for a full refund of that first month — no questions asked. You can cancel anytime from inside the app or from your account dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current month.
§1. Risk-Free Trial Before Any Charge
Every new subscriber to the Service is offered a thirty (30)–day free Trial Period. A payment method is collected up front for fraud prevention, but no charge is made until the Trial Period ends, and reminder communications are sent seven (7) days and three (3) days before the first charge. You may cancel during the Trial Period at any time with zero financial obligation.
§2. First-Charge Refund Window (14 Days)
If the Service is not a fit for you after the Trial Period ends, you may request a full refund of your first paid month by emailing support@jehorizon.com from the email address on your account within fourteen (14) days of the first Subscription Fee charge. We will cancel the Subscription and refund the first month in full. No explanation is required. This is a one-time, first-purchase remedy — if you re-subscribe after cancellation, the 14-day window does not reset.
§2.1 Recurring Renewal Charges (After the First Month)
Subscription Fees charged after the first paid month are non-refundable as a default policy. You may cancel a recurring Subscription at any time per §3; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current paid billing period. If something went wrong on our side — for example, a billing error, an outage during which the cluster could not load, or a duplicated charge — email us and we will refund or credit where we caused the problem.
Without limiting the foregoing, after the 14-day first-charge window:
- we do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a monthly billing period upon cancellation;
- we do not issue refunds for periods during which you elected not to launch or use the Service;
- we do not issue refunds because the Service’s signals, scores, or grades did not produce a profitable trade; the Service is provided on an “as is” basis under §8 of the Terms of Service, and no warranty is made as to trading outcomes;
- we do not issue refunds for changes in your personal circumstances, including changes to your broker, your strategy, or your access to a connected brokerage account; and
- we do not issue refunds for inability to use the Service due to factors outside JE Horizon’s reasonable control (e.g., your hardware, your internet connection, broker outages, exchange halts, or third-party service failures).
§3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time directly within the Software:
- open the Qovaryx Options Decoder on your computer;
- navigate to Settings → License → Cancel Subscription;
- confirm cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current paid billing period. You will retain access to the full Service through the end of that period, and you will not be billed again unless you re-subscribe. If you cancel during the Trial Period, no Subscription Fee will be charged.
If you are unable to access the in-Software cancellation control for any reason, you may also request cancellation by emailing support@jehorizon.com from the email address associated with your account.
§4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing questions can be resolved within one business day. Initiating a payment-card chargeback or bank dispute for a charge that complies with these terms and the Terms of Service may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account under §11 of the Terms of Service, in addition to our right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount and any associated costs and fees.
§5. Exceptions Required by Law
5.1 Statutory Consumer Rights.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or waives any non-waivable statutory right that you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Where applicable consumer-protection law requires a refund that is broader than the rights described above, we will honor that law.
5.2 EU / EEA / UK Right of Withdrawal.
Consumers located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services within fourteen (14) days. Because the Service is offered with a thirty (30)–day Trial Period during which no Subscription Fee is charged, you are afforded a longer, fully unconditional opportunity to evaluate the Service free of charge. By electing to continue beyond the Trial Period, you expressly request immediate performance of the paid Service and acknowledge that you lose any further right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to the first paid billing period. You may still cancel future renewals at any time under §3.
5.3 California Residents.
